Qualifications

• Proven experience leading crews and subcontractors on large projects.
• Strong understanding of construction schedules and critical paths.
• Knowledge of site safety plans and incident response.
• Ability to monitor progress against scope, budget, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Enforce site safety plans with the H&S team.
• Review hazards and participate in Job Hazard Analysis.
• Plan field activities and coordinate resources.
• Direct work of crafts and subcontractors to meet specs and schedules.
• Track timecards and ensure accurate reporting of hours.
