Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of supervisor experience on environmental remediation or heavy civil projects.
• Ability to read project schedules, plan field activities and coordinate trades.
• Strong communication with clients, subcontractors and site safety personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of work performance and productivity of crafts and subcontractors.
• Enforce site safety plans and conduct incident investigations as needed.
• Review schedules, manage workforce levels and material quantities.
• Assist with hiring and mentoring project personnel.
• Support cost control and adherence to project scope.
