Roux seeks an Environmental Compliance professional to support stormwater and SPCC programs across New England, with field and office duties. You will implement SWPPPs, conduct inspections, coordinate with clients, regulators and vendors, and mentor junior staff to strengthen the firm's compliance capabilities.

Responsibilities include managing site audits, preparing reports and regulatory submissions, and supporting air permitting analyses.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering or related field.
• 6+ years in environmental consulting with progression in environmental compliance.
• Strong knowledge of NE regulations and federal programs.
• Experience coordinating with staff, vendors, clients, regulators and other stakeholders.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• OSHA 40-hr HAZWOPER preferred.
• Experience with EPA CDX platforms (NetDMR/NetMSGP) preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate stormwater inspections, sampling, and reporting under MSGP/NPDES.
• Develop, implement, and update SWPPPs and SPCC plans.
• Conduct routine site inspections and audit environmental programs.
• Provide project management for compliance programs (scope, schedule, budget).
• Prepare regulatory reports and submittals including DMRs.
• Support air permitting evaluations and permit applications.
• Mentor junior staff and help grow firm capabilities.
