Job summary

Roux is seeking a senior environmental consulting leader in Massachusetts to drive client relationships and project direction. You will oversee staff, grow revenue, and ensure technical excellence across site investigation, remediation, and related services for Fortune 500 clients and regulators.

The role requires a strong background in environmental programs, CERCLA/RCRA familiarity, and leadership to shape Roux’s growth strategy and quality delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field; Master’s preferred.
10+ years of environmental consulting experience.
Massachusetts professional certification where applicable.
Experience with state environmental programs/regulations.
Familiarity with CERCLA and RCRA remediation programs is a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills.

Responsibilities

Generate and oversee annual net revenue with healthy profitability.
Direct projects and manage key client relationships and staff development.
Provide technical and project management support to clients.
Collaborate with Principals to set vision and direction.
