• Lead and train Environmental Control Officers in wastewater and stormwater inspections.
• Review technical reports for permit compliance and issue enforcement actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
• Inspect permitted industries and manage enforcement under NPDES programs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and provide guidance in complex discharges.
