Job summary

OSI Group is seeking a Sr. Corporate Environmental Specialist to support environmental compliance across North American facilities, partnering with EHS, Operations, Engineering and leadership to ensure regulatory adherence.

The role covers permitting, reporting, audits, spill response, wastewater, air, stormwater, and EMS continually improving the program, with 30% travel to manufacturing sites.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of environmental compliance experience in manufacturing or regulated environments.
• Experience managing programs across multiple facilities and supporting agencies, audits, permitting and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate environmental compliance programs across North American facilities and manage permitting and reporting.
• Conduct audits, gap assessments, track corrective actions and support continuous improvements.
• Support EMS ISO 14001 documentation, procedures, audits and best practices.
• Provide regulatory guidance to EHS, Operations, Engineering and Plant Leadership.
• Develop procedures, guidance, tools and training for environmental compliance.
• Manage multiple compliance projects and travel to facilities for on-site support.
