Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety or related disciplines is preferred.
• Experience in safety program implementation and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Job manages a team, has authority to hire and performance-manage the team.
• Lead/supervises/manages 1-5 employees and coach all levels of employees to achieve best in class EHS performance.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Prepare and submit required environmental permits and reports to regulatory agencies.
• Ensure compliance with Process Safety Management (PSM) and support the program.
• Represent company during inspections and provide guidance to facility safety personnel.
