Job summary

Ghost Story Games in Massachusetts is seeking a Senior Level Artist to craft immersive environmental spaces that support narrative and gameplay. You will collaborate with Narrative, Design andArt teams to bring Judas to life, using novel tech pipeline to push visuals and storytelling forward.

You will mentor junior artists, optimize content for performance, and help balance memory budgets while contributing to a bold, player-driven world.

Qualifications

• Mid-level to senior Level Artist with game industry experience.
• Proficient in a real-time game engine; Unreal 4 is a plus.
• Strong eye for form, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Experience with performance optimization and memory budgets.
• Ability to mentor junior artists and collaborate across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Prototype and execute visually stunning environmental spaces aligned with gameplay and script.
• Collaborate with level design to support navigation, pacing and composition.
• Drive visual assets across leadership, design, concept art and external vendors.
• Monitor level performance and optimize visuals within budgets.
