Ghost Story Games in Massachusetts is seeking a Senior Level Artist to join Judas, bringing a passion for environmental storytelling and a strong eye for composition, space design, and gameplay-aware aesthetics.

You'll prototype and execute visually stunning environments, collaborate with Narrative, Design, and Art teams, and help optimize levels within memory and performance budgets while pushing new pipelines and techniques to shape the game’s world and storytelling vision.

Formación

• Established experience in the game industry as a mid-level to senior Level Artist.
• Proficient art and technical experience within a real-time Game Engine (Unreal 4 is a plus).
• Experienced eye for form, line, value, rhythm, composition, and crafting deliberate visual hierarchy reads.

Responsabilidades

• Prototype and execute on visually stunning environmental spaces that are both well attuned to the gameplay experience and tell bold, cohesive visual stories in support of the script and overall vision of world.
• Collaborate with level design to support gameplay, keeping in mind navigation, pacing, sight lines, cover, verticality, and AI.
• Drive all visual assets supporting spaces under your responsibility, engaging with Art Leadership, Level and Narrative Design, Concept Art, and External Vendors.
• Monitor performance of levels under your responsibility, ensuring memory and performance budgets are respected and collaborating across disciplines.
