Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of entertainment systems theory and practical experience.
• 1-3 years of experience maintaining and repairing entertainment equipment.
• Basic troubleshooting skills and ability to reference drawings/manuals.

Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and preventive maintenance on audio, lighting, video, electrical, laser, and network systems.
• Perform startup and checks of entertainment venues to ensure readiness for daily operation.
• Document PM tasks, repairs, and parts used in tracking system; record logs as required.
• Respond to service calls and show down incidents; ensure safety rules are followed.
• Diagnose system failures and implement immediate or long-term corrective actions.
• Assist in projects and modifications to equipment and systems as directed by Universal Orlando Entertainment.
• Stay current on equipment usage to maintain high show quality.
