Ladders is seeking an Enterprise Staff UX Designer to shape enterprise user experiences that support complex workflows and improve usability across products. You will partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate user insights into design decisions and sustain a cohesive experience.

The role also includes mentoring junior UX contributors and establishing consistent design patterns and standards across teams, while driving strategic planning and cross-product

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of UX experience in enterprise or retail environments.
• Experience working with agile software development teams.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to self-initiate.
• Ability to create cohesive end-to-end user experiences.
• Experience mentoring junior UX contributors.
• Knowledge of design standards and quality control.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilités

• Coach and mentor junior UX resources and participate in candidate evaluation.
• Deliver UX design artifacts and oversee usability testing.
• Lead data collection and synthesis for product areas.
• Drive strategic planning and align design patterns across products.
