Job summary

Bright Horizons is seeking a Senior Manager of Enterprise UX Design to lead cross-enterprise UX initiatives, scale design systems, and collaborate with product teams for end-to-end design execution. The role includes solution design, UI/UX testing, and stakeholder management, supervising junior and senior designers.

The hybrid role requires 3 days on-site at our Newton, MA headquarters, with a strong emphasis on governance, research, and delivering seamless user experiences across B2B and B2C

Qualifications

• Portfolio demonstrates breadth of work across enterprise organizations including consumer facing products, data dashboards and service tools.
• Strong visual design sense with expertise in interaction design and usability.
• Experience creating, deploying and governing visual design systems.
• Experience designing for accessibility (WCAG/ADA).
• Experience with design sprints / workshop facilitation.
• Detail oriented, self-directed, ability to motivate team members.
• Ability to clearly articulate design decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both orally and written.
• Experience incorporating AI and LLMs into UX design processes or consumer-facing AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX design across several enterprise initiatives for a global suite of products and services.
• Design compelling experiences for client partners to manage Bright Horizons benefits with growth, marketing and product leaders.
• Lead user research initiatives and usability testing for B2B apps and internal tools.
• Support junior and senior designers on design thinking and modern design standards.
• Concept-to-delivery support for client liaison (B2B) and consumer experiences for BH partners and customers.
• Support adoption, scaling, rollout and governance of Bright Horizons design system.
• Deliver functional, user-focused designs, wireframes, prototypes and annotations.
• Work with Product Managers to define user research needs and derive recommendations.
• Review development work to ensure UX specs are implemented.
• Stay current with design trends and BH Design System updates.
• Accessibility audit remediation for B2B apps.
