Job summary

Expeditors, a global logistics company, seeks an experienced UX Designer III to own end-to-end design for complex enterprise features and customer-facing products. You will partner with product management and engineering to deliver scalable, accessible experiences across our digital ecosystem.

You will mentor teammates, contribute to the design system, and advocate for user-centered approaches while balancing business needs and technical constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in UX-related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading UX design for complex features, workflows, or products.
• Proficiency with user research, usability validation, prototyping, and interaction design.
• Experience collaborating with product management, engineering, and stakeholders.
• Experience contributing to design systems and scalable practices.
• Proficient in Figma and AI-enabled design tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex UX workflows from discovery through delivery.
• Drive usability testing, research synthesis, and design validation.
• Create scalable design systems and reusable components.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior designers and lead design reviews.
• Ensure accessibility across enterprise features.
• Plan and document PRDs and design specifications.
• Contribute to design tooling and patterns in the design system.
