For our client, we are seeking a Enterprise User Experience Senior Principal to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space.

This role will shape enterprise UX strategy across multiple domains, ensuring design direction is consistent, actionable, and aligned to business priorities. You will partner closely with product and development teams to strengthen UX practices and improve how teams translate insights into experience opportunities. The position also includes mentoring senior UX talent and helping synthesize findings that influence decision-making across the organization.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $180,000 - $280,000 annually
