Job summary
Executive Staff Recruiters / ESR Healthcare is seeking a seasoned UX/UI Designer for a remote role. You will craft and refine interfaces across enterprise platforms, collaborating with product, research, and development teams to deliver measurable improvements.
The ideal candidate has 5–6 years in UX/UI, 3+ years in UX architecture, and strong tool proficiency (Axure RP, Figma, Zeplin, Pendo, GA). A solid grounding in WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility is essential.
Qualifications
- 5–6 years of UX/UI experience with 3+ years in UX architecture.
- Proficiency with Axure RP, Figma, Photoshop Suite, Zeplin, Pendo and Google Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility and remediation.
- Experience with enterprise design systems and UX governance.
- Understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
Responsibilities
