Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Enterprise Staff UX Designer to shape enterprise user experiences that support complex workflows and improve usability across products. You will partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate user insights into design decisions and sustain a cohesive experience.

The role also includes mentoring junior UX contributors and establishing consistent design patterns and standards across teams, while driving strategic planning and cross-product

Qualifications

• 7-9 years of UX experience in enterprise or retail environments.
• Experience working with agile software development teams.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to self-initiate.
• Ability to create cohesive end-to-end user experiences.
• Experience mentoring junior UX contributors.
• Knowledge of design standards and quality control.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

For our client, we are seeking a Enterprise Staff UX Designer to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will shape enterprise user experiences that support complex workflows, improve usability, and create more cohesive interactions across products. The ideal candidate will partner closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to turn user insights into design decisions that strengthen the overall experience. This position also includes mentoring junior UX contributors and helping establish consistent design patterns and standards across teams.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $130,000 – $190,000 annually
