Qualifications

• 10+ years in program management or transformation roles in tech/space industries.
• Experience leading large cross-functional programs across geographies.
• PM or Agile certification preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Proven governance, cross-workstream planning, and executive reporting.
• Experience with AI-enabled productivity or analytics tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a group of related projects to achieve strategic objectives within the PMO.
• Oversee program scope, schedule, budget, quality, artefacts, teams, and risk.
• Provide guidance to project managers and maintain the integrated project plan.
• Governance: surface risks, dependencies, and decision needs; report status.
• Facilitate executive governance forums and document decisions with owners and dates.
• Drive governance and updates to Program Roadmaps.
• Assess changes for impacts on scope, cost, and benefits.
