Job summary

SES is seeking a Manager, Enterprise Program to lead a portfolio of strategic, cross-functional initiatives within the Enterprise Program Management Office. This role drives enterprise transformation and oversight of scope, schedule, budget, quality, artefacts, and risks, while guiding project managers and reporting to executives.

The candidate should bring 10+ years of related experience, strong leadership, communication skills, and proficiency with modern project management tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in program management, transformation, or a comparable role within technology or space-driven companies.
• Experience leading complex, large-scale cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• PMI/PMO certification or Agile certification preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• Proficiency with modern project management tools and technologies.
• Experience with AI-enabled productivity or analytics tools is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a group of related projects within the PMO to achieve strategic objectives and benefits.
• Oversee program scope, schedule, budget, quality, artefacts, and risks across the program.
• Report to Executive Sponsor and Steering Committee on program delivery.
• Provide guidance to project managers and oversee integrated project plans and budgets.
• Manage dependencies, resources, risks, and governance across programs.
• Facilitate executive and governance forums with clearly documented actions and owners.
