Job summary

SES S.A Brazil is seeking a senior Enterprise Program Manager in McLean, VA, to lead a portfolio of strategic initiatives within the PMO. You will drive complex, cross-functional programs across the enterprise, reporting to executive sponsors and steering committees.

You will guide project managers, manage budgets and schedules, navigate ambiguity, and ensure alignment with business goals while leveraging AI-enabled tools and modern PM practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in program management or transformation.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional programs with senior stakeholders.
• PM/Agile certification preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Proven governance, integrated planning, dependency management, and executive reporting.
• Experience with AI-enabled productivity, analytics, or PM tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a group of related projects to achieve strategic objectives and benefits within the PMO scope.
• Oversee program scope, schedule, budget, quality, artefacts, team, stakeholders, communication, issues, and risks.
• Report to Executive Sponsor and Steering Committee on program delivery.
• Provide guidance to project managers and oversee integrated project plans and budgets.
• Manage constraints, interdependencies, and secure program resources.
• Surface enterprise risks, trade-offs, and decision needs.
• Drive governance, reporting discipline, and updates to Program Roadmaps.
• Assess changes for impacts to scope, schedule, cost, resources, risks, and benefits.
