• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Sciences or related discipline.
• 7–10+ years of experience in Corporate Affairs, brand, commercial, or corporate communications.
• Demonstrated business acumen in life sciences, biotech or pharmaceutical industries.
• Excellent matrix management.
• Exceptional collaborative and teaming skills with cross-functional interaction.
• Discretion handling sensitive matters.
• Advanced written, verbal, editing, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Shape and protect the company’s reputation with proactive and reactive media engagement for the Intercon region.
• Collaborate with market communicators, medical/clinical/regulatory/legal stakeholders, and global teams.
• Support executive communications and mitigate communications risks.
• Lead media relations strategy and execution across Intercon, aligning with business priorities.
• Build relationships with priority regional media in partnership with market leads and agencies.
• Prepare spokespeople with key messages, Q&A, and interview support.
• Ensure governance and regulatory/ethical compliance in all media engagements.
