Job summary

Legrand is seeking a Technical Account Manager for its Power & Thermal Management division to serve as the primary post-sales technical contact for assigned enterprise customers. You will coordinate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Support to resolve complex issues, guide deployments, and build long-term partnerships.

Travel roughly 30-40% to support engagements and onsite activities. This role requires strong technical and relationship‑management skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5-10 years in a customer-facing environment such as enterprise support or technical account management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary post-sales technical point of contact for assigned enterprise customers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure successful deployments.
• Manage post-sales escalations and guide resolution across Support, Engineering, and Product Management.
• Develop strategic account plans and identify opportunities for expanded adoption.
• Lead technical meetings and product demonstrations; educate customers on platform capabilities.
