Job summary

SMASH seeks an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale, transformational technology programs for enterprise clients in the United States. You will own delivery, governance, and financial performance for $25M+ initiatives with global teams and executive stakeholders.

You will establish governance, manage risks, coordinate multi-workstream efforts, and mentor delivery staff while ensuring alignment with SOWs and contractual obligations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Project Management experience.
• 5+ years of active Program Management experience.
• Lead large-scale technology transformation programs with budgets of $25M+.
• Experience managing 50+ resources across multiple streams.
• Experience delivering complex programs for Financial Services customers.
• Strong end-to-end program ownership across scope, schedule, quality, resources, governance, and financials.
• Experience developing, estimating, and managing client Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Proven experience mentoring Project Managers and delivery staff.
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology programs across global teams.
• Establish governance, controls, reporting, risk and issue management processes.
• Manage milestones, dependencies, risks, and escalations to resolution.
• Lead matrixed delivery teams and staffing aligned with objectives.
• Mentor and direct Project Managers and delivery resources.
• Oversee program budgets, forecasting, profitability, and financial reporting.
• Present program health, financials, risks, and recommendations to executives.
• Ensure SOWs align with contractual commitments and delivery.
• Collaborate to define resource requirements and onboarding/offboarding.
