Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience troubleshooting desktop applications on Microsoft Windows and macOS.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove support to solve challenging technical issues.
• Build relationships with enterprise customers to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues across the platform.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve processes.
• Participate in on-call rotation for customer support.
