Job summary

NVIDIA. is seeking a Customer Technical Program Manager to drive planning and execution of multidisciplinary programs for system-level integration and qualification of AI Enterprise Data Center solutions.

You will partner with a large OEM System Partner from early development through qualification and production readiness, coordinating hardware and software teams, issues tracking, and executive reporting to ensure timely, high-quality deliveries.

Qualifications

• BS/MS Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in High-Tech industry with focus on Technical Program Management.
• Proven deep customer savvy with OEM/ODM Enterprise System Partners.
• Technical savvy in hardware/software, networks and system-level qualification.
• Strong leadership and analytical/problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan and execute enterprise system integration tasks with OEM System Partners.
• Collect, prioritize, track, and drive customer-reported issues to resolution.
• Communicate issue status to customer and NVIDIA executives.
• Work with engineering, operations, quality, product management, and sales to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
• Lead hardware/software engineering discussions and manage dependencies.
• Represent urgency and escalate appropriately.
• Provide executive-level program reports.
• Build close working relationships with customer development teams.
