Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Customer Technical Program Manager to drive planning and execution of multidisciplinary programs for system level integration and qualification of AI Enterprise Data Center solutions.

You will collaborate with multi-functional teams and OEM System Partners from early development through production readiness, leading hardware/software integration and ensuring timely delivery across global timelines.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent.
• 12+ years in high-tech with focus on Technical Program Management.
• Experience with OEM/ODM enterprise system partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan and execute system-level integration for NVIDIA Enterprise products.
• Collect, prioritize, and drive customer-reported issues to resolution.
• Communicate issue status to customers and NVIDIA executives.
• Work with engineering, operations, quality, product management, and sales to resolve planning and technical issues.
• Lead complex hardware/software engineering discussions and maintain project scope.
• Develop and maintain executive-level program status reports.
