Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Customer Program Manager in Santa Clara, CA to lead planning and execution of technical and operational programs for key enterprise partners. You will collaborate with cloud providers, Tier-1 partners, and cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a strong engineering background, extensive PM experience, and ability to manage global programs through the full product lifecycle. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of program/project management experience in Cloud providers, Automotive, Robotics or Physical AI industries.
• Strong technical background in hardware and/or software product development with experience working closely with cloud and AI solution providers.
• Experience driving AI Systems Orchestration across large generative architectures with massive compute resources and model release timelines.
• Proven track record of leading complex, global programs through full development lifecycles into deployment and production.
• Excellent program management, communication, and organizational skills with ability to prioritize issues and drive cross-functional alignment.
• Experience coordinating with global teams in multinational environments.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for explaining complex tech to diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage program schedules, deliverables, and milestones aligned with customer roadmaps.
• Translate customer requirements into actionable tasks for all functional teams and drive issue resolution across engineering, quality, logistics, and sales.
• Provide horizontal leadership to drive cross-functional program execution and coordinate globally dispersed teams.
• Act as the primary customer interface for program kick-offs, technical discussions, design reviews, and status updates.
• Drive program execution from design through production deployment to ensure on-time delivery and customer acceptance.
• Provide post-deployment sustaining support and act as case manager for high-priority concerns.
• Communicate program health, risks, and issues to customers, internal partners, and leadership with transparency.
• Define strategy for integrating complex AI model tech stacks in customer environments from evaluation to production.
