Job summary

NVIDIA is looking for a Customer Technical Program Manager to drive the planning and execution of multidisciplinary programs for system level integration and qualification of AI Enterprise Data Center solutions. You will collaborate with OEM System Partners and multi-functional teams to plan, prioritize, and execute across hardware and software domains.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent.
• 12+ years in High-Tech with focus on Technical Program Management for OEM/ODM partners.
• Proven customer savvy from complex enterprise system programs with Tier-1 OEMs.
• Tech savvy in hardware/software, networks, and system-level qualification.
• Strong leadership across diverse teams and excellent communication.
• Analytical problem-solving to address complex challenges.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan and execute system-level integration tasks with OEM System Partners.
• Collect, prioritize and drive customer-reported issues to resolution.
• Communicate issue status to customers and executive teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, product management and sales to resolve issues.
• Lead hardware/software engineering discussions and drive efficient workflows.
• Represent urgency of issues and escalate when needed.
• Provide regular executive level program status updates.
• Build strong relationships with customer development teams and system builders.
