Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a Customer Technical Program Manager to drive planning and execution of multi-disciplinary programs for system-level integration and qualification of AI Enterprise Data Center solutions. You will coordinate with OEM System Partners from early development through certification and production readiness, guiding hardware/software teams across the lifecycle.

This role requires deep technical and program management experience with OEMs/ODMs, strong leadership, and exceptional

Qualifications

BS/MS Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
12+ years in High-Tech with a focus on Technical Program Management.
Proven deep customer savvy with OEMs/ODMs Enterprise System Partners.
Technical savvy including hardware and software engineering, networks and system level qualification.
Supreme leadership across broad and diverse teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Coordinate, plan and execute enterprise product system level integration for OEM Partners.
Collect, prioritise, track and drive customer-reported issues to resolution.
Communicate issue status clearly to customers and NVIDIA executives.
Work with engineering, operations, quality, product management and sales to resolve planning and technical issues.
Lead complex hardware/software engineering discussions and manage dependencies.
Report status to management and nurture relationships with customer development teams.
