Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems or related field preferred.
• 10 years of relevant experience including 5 years supervisory/management.
• Full stack development with ASP.NET in a multi-platform environment.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, implementation and support of enterprise software applications.
• Manage staff performance, including hiring, evaluation and discipline.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables and budgets.
• Collaborate with IT PMO to define requirements and propose solutions.
• Engage vendors for procurement and support tasks.
• Participate in emergency management duties as needed.
