Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT field with three years of progressive systems software experience.
- Associate degree with four years of progressive systems software experience or an equivalent combination.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on engineering, optimization, and operational stability of enterprise systems.
- Design and implement VMware vSphere infrastructure (ESXi, vCenter, clusters, networking).
- Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams.
- Develop automation with PowerShell and maintain infrastructure documentation.
- Coordinate upgrades, patching, and incident response to ensure 24x7 availability.
