Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT related field and 3 years of relevant experience, or Associate degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or equivalent mix.
- Experience administering enterprise IT infrastructure and virtualization.
- Strong troubleshooting, capacity planning, and automation skills.
Responsibilities
- Administer, troubleshoot, and support enterprise systems and services.
- Design and implement VMware vSphere infrastructure (ESXi, vCenter, clusters).
- Create and maintain VM and server configurations with lifecycle management.
- Manage Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Entra ID).
- Develop PowerShell automation and maintain infrastructure documentation.
- Coordinate upgrades, patching, and vulnerability remediation across IT teams.
