Job summary
Realtor.com® is seeking a Sr. Enterprise Systems Technical Business Analyst to support Salesforce and enterprise applications, partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Operations and Engineering to deliver scalable tech solutions that improve operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
As part of the BSA team, you will translate business challenges into technical requirements, write user stories, support QA, and help drive end-to-end delivery, with a focus on data, APIs,
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years as a Technical/Enterprise Systems Analyst with Salesforce implementation experience.
- Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Strong written and verbal communication; stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Gather detailed business requirements and translate to system design.
- Write user stories and acceptance criteria; support discovery sessions.
- Support end-to-end delivery across SDLC: planning, QA, UAT, releases.
- Enable end-user adoption and training across Salesforce and related enterprise apps.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.
