Realtor.com is seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our Austin-based team, building and expanding the SFDC platform across Sales, Marketing and Service modules. You will partner with business stakeholders to translate vision into scalable technical solutions and lead integration efforts.

Ideal candidates bring 3–6 years of SFDC development experience, hands-on Apex/LWC coding, and a passion for AI-driven automation in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3–6 years hands-on SFDC development related to Sales/Marketing/Service modules.
• Certified Salesforce Developer I/II preferred; Agentforce certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support SFDC cloud applications across Sales, Service and Marketing Cloud.
• Gather, analyze and document requirements; translate to technical design.
• Lead or contribute to integrations with external systems and middleware.
