Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise systems, IT architecture, or systems integration.
• Led or architected at least one full-cycle ERP implementation.
• Experience architecting and integrating enterprise platforms (ERP, MES, QMS, PLM/PDM, procurement, etc.).
• Experience designing integrations across enterprise systems using APIs, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data modeling.
• Strong understanding of data governance, master data management, and system-of-record design.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security, IAM, and cross-environment hosting considerations.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, supply chain, and quality processes with cross-functional project leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, CS, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise systems architecture across applications, data flows, and integrations.
• Lead ERP selection evaluations with stakeholders and define target integration approach.
• Design scalable integrations and data flows using APIs and ETL/ELT patterns.
• Own data architecture with governance and master data ownership.
• Define hosting and data movement across environments with security/compliance.
• Translate roadmap into target-state architecture and guide engineers and admins.
