Job summary

General Matter is seeking an Enterprise Systems Architect to design and govern the enterprise architecture spanning ERP, MES, QMS, PLM/PDM, CRM, HRIS, procurement, and analytics. You will define hosting, data movement, and integration standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to scale secure systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise systems, IT architecture, or systems integration with lead/architect role.
• Led or architected at least one full-cycle ERP implementation.
• Experience architecting and integrating enterprise platforms such as ERP, MRP, MES, QMS, PLM/PDM, CRM.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise systems architecture across applications, data flows, and automation for ERP, MES, QMS, PLM/PDM, CRM, HRIS, procurement, finance, analytics.
• Lead evaluation for ERP selection with the Senior TPM, vendor due diligence, target integration architecture.
• Design scalable integrations and data flows using APIs and ETL/ELT patterns across portfolio.
• Own data architecture including system-of-record and master-data ownership, data governance, and data quality.
• Translate roadmap into target-state architecture and guide engineers and analysts.
