Job summary

General Matter in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise systems including ERP, MES, QMS, PLM, CRM, HRIS and data warehouse. You will coordinate across manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, and IT to keep projects on schedule and budget.

The role requires strong governance, vendor management, and change management, with on-site work, and a base salary range of $145,000 to $210,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in technical program or project management delivering complex, cross-functional programs.
• Led at least one enterprise systems or ERP implementation from selection through go-live.
• Experience coordinating external implementation partners or systems integrators.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated program plan and master schedule across ERP, MES, QMS, PLM, CRM, HRIS and data warehouse.
• Lead platform selection and vendor evaluation with the Enterprise Systems Architect and manage partners against SLAs.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies, scope, and change control across departments.
• Run governance and executive reporting with health, risk and financials updates.
• Drive delivery workstreams from requirements to data migration and go-live readiness.
• Lead organizational change management, stakeholder communications, and training.
