Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience closely related to this position.
• To qualify at the GS-12 level, one year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-11 or higher.
• Experience includes establishing centralized vulnerability management and desktop/device configuration policies.

Responsibilities

• Provides Tier 3 Enterprise infrastructure support for DLA Systems Center Configuration Manager and DLA Desktop standardization.
• Provides Tier 3 Enterprise infrastructure support for DLA Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Intune, Tanium; and Vulnerability Management.
• Duties include software packaging creation, testing, scheduling and coordination for software distribution and standardized desktop configurations.
• Research, testing, hardening, deployment and sustainment of DLA Enterprise device management infrastructure and cross platform support.
