Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience in systems administration.
• Experience supporting Intelligence Community customers or sensitive environments is preferred.
• Must have DoD IA Certification: CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, administer, and restore mission IT systems across networks.
• Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, storage, and workstations.
• Perform patch management, updates, and backups to ensure security and reliability.
• Coordinate with vendors and IT teams to resolve complex issues.
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Provide end-user and staff support for hardware, software, and systems.
