Job summary

MSIG USA seeks a Senior Manager, Enterprise Strategy to drive cross-functional initiatives and corporate planning. You translate executive priorities into actionable programs, coordinating with underwriting, claims, finance, legal, technology, operations, and HR in a fast-paced, global setting.

You’ll craft data-driven analyses and executive materials, guide complex projects from strategy to execution, and align with the international head office to support MSIG USA’s mid- to long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Candidate must have 8+ years in strategy, corporate planning, or related roles within P&C or financial services.
• MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable and cross-functional leadership experience is required.
• Ability to translate executive priorities into practical workplans and measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
