MSIG USA seeks a Senior Manager, Enterprise Strategy to drive mid- to long-term growth. You’ll translate CEO priorities into actionable plans, manage cross-functional initiatives, and prepare concise executive briefs for decision-making.

Based in New York, you’ll interact with underwriting, claims, finance, and technology teams, while coordinating with international offices. A strong balance of analytic rigor and hands-on execution is essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Strategy, Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree highly desirable.
• 8+ years of progressive strategy, corporate planning, or program management experience in P&C or financial services.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives from planning to execution with executive audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise strategy and corporate planning initiatives aligned to CEO priorities.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects, govern workstreams, timelines, and accountability.
• Prepare executive-ready materials and decision memos for boards and senior leadership.
