Global IT Company in New York, NY seeks a Manager / Senior Manager for Enterprise Solutions Digital Services to lead technology implementation and consulting projects.

You will mentor teams, manage budgets and milestones, and coordinate with Directors and client stakeholders to drive digital transformation initiatives.

A 15+ year track record, strong SDLC expertise, and English proficiency are required; Japanese preferred and a Bachelor's degree are mandatory.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in technology implementation or consulting.
• Proven track record leading transformation projects or programs.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC (requirements, design, testing, deployment, data migration).
• Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Professional English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee technology implementation and consulting projects.
• Manage project resources, milestones, risks, and issue resolution.
• Monitor budgets, project economics, and KPIs.
• Mentor and develop high-performing project teams.
• Partner with Directors, senior leadership, and client stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and service quality.
• Coordinate with vendors and external partners.
