Job summary

Global IT Company in New York, NY seeks a Manager / Senior Manager for Enterprise Solutions Digital Services to lead technology implementation and consulting projects.

You will mentor teams, manage budgets and milestones, and coordinate with Directors and client stakeholders to drive digital transformation initiatives.

A 15+ year track record, strong SDLC expertise, and English proficiency are required; Japanese preferred and a Bachelor's degree are mandatory.

What will you do:

• Lead and oversee technology implementation and consulting projects.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 15 years of experience in technology implementation, consulting, or related areas.
• Proven experience leading transformation projects or programs.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirements, design, testing, deployment, and data migration.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with technology strategy, governance, sourcing, operating models, or project/program management.
• Professional-level English proficiency.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading cross-functional or international teams.
• Experience working with C-suite or senior client stakeholders.
• Japanese language skills.
• Advanced degree in IT, Business, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
