You will manage requirement analysis, design, and implementation of SAP ERP and related systems. You will oversee project delivery within budget and schedule, ensure client satisfaction, and drive changes to configurations.

Strong analytical and communication skills are essential. English is required, Japanese is a plus; 7+ years SAP ERP experience and 3+ years user support are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Strong English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Japanese language skills would be helpful for this role.
• Analytical skills regarding requirement definitions, development, implementation of SAP ERP in financial accounting area.
• Minimum 3 years of user support experience.
• Minimum 7 years of SAP ERP implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Managing SAP ERP and related system requirements analyses, proposals, design, implementation and operation for key accounts.
• Overseeing project execution to ensure on-time and on-budget completion of projects meeting client needs.
• Solve software requirements by analyzing, creating, and modifying SAP ERP systems to meet user needs.
• Change SAP ERP and other system configurations or programs.
• Create and maintain documentation of program designs and operation manuals with training sessions.
• Lead and motivate project members.
• Project management duties including sales, proposals, and business development support.
• Analyze client inquiries and requirements, and adjust SAP ERP configurations for financial accounting.
