Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, enterprise-wide initiatives from chartering through realization. You will partner with executive sponsors, business owners, Digital and IT, and external partners to drive governance, benefits, and measurable value in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• PMP certification preferred; PgMP, Prosci, SAFe, or similar are a plus.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex enterprise projects from chartering through implementation, transition, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, dependencies, and roadmaps.
• Prepare executive-ready status reports, dashboards, reviews, and portfolio updates.
• Collaborate with sponsors, business owners, IT, and external partners to align stakeholders.
• Ensure benefits realization and successful governance across a matrixed organization.
