Job summary

Enable is seeking an Implementation Consultant to drive deployment of its pricing and rebate platform across customer environments in the United States. You will collaborate with multi-functional project teams and serve as a subject matter expert in your domain.

You will plan milestones, manage escalations, troubleshoot issues with support, and contribute to knowledge bases while coaching junior consultants and pursuing expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate advanced product knowledge and ability to integrate solutions.
• Strong project, time management, and multitasking skills with proactive attitude.
• Experience handling large data sets and deriving insights; Oracle/SAP/SQL certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive implementation milestones by planning and executing tasks, taking accountability for successful project completion.
• Manage customer escalations, troubleshoot technical issues, and interact with support teams as needed.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases, coach associate consultants, and identify expansion opportunities.
