Job summary

Quantum Metric is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to serve as a trusted technical advisor, supporting complex, high-value sales opportunities across North America in a remote-first environment.

You will align Quantum Metric's platform with strategic business initiatives, engaging with diverse audiences from product teams to C-level executives, and guiding technical strategy for enterprise deals.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Enterprise Pre-Sales/Solutions Engineering within SaaS or software.
• Experience supporting complex, multi-layered sales cycles for large enterprise organizations.
• Ability to engage both technical teams (architects/developers) and C-suite executives (CIO/CDO).
• Hands-on experience with web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and ROI-based solutioning.
• Linguistic skills: English; Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Advisory: Guide the technical strategy for enterprise sales cycles across NA, from discovery to closing.
• Solution Design: Create tailored demonstrations and narratives aligning the platform with business outcomes.
• POC Execution: Lead complex proof-of-concepts with defined success criteria and measurable value.
• Technical Architecture: Translate customer needs into scalable architectures and clear value propositions.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Collaborate with Account Executives on deal orchestration and coordinate with Product/Engineering for post-sales onboarding.
• Market Influence: Support RFP responses and provide customer feedback to influence the product roadmap.
