Job summary
Sysdig, Inc. is seeking a senior customer success leader to own executive relationships across a portfolio of enterprise customers. You will align customer business goals with Sysdig’s platform, collaborate on deployments, and drive strategic value through outcomes mapping and reviews.
You will mentor teammates, support renewals, and partner with Product/Engineering to translate needs into roadmap initiatives. Expertise in Kubernetes and cloud-native security is a strong plus.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or related consultative roles at a SaaS or cybersecurity company.
- Experience managing enterprise customer relationships and navigating complex organizations.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes deployments and containerized solutions.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native apps, security, automation, and DevSecOps across AWS/Azure/GCP.
Responsibilities
- Own executive-level relationships and strategic engagement for enterprise customers.
- Collaborate with customer teams on deployments, architecture, and best practices.
- Drive alignment between customer goals and Sysdig's capabilities via Success Planning.
- Lead Customer Business Reviews and strategic touchpoints with stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices and enablement.
