Job summary

Zuora is seeking a Solutions Engineer to partner with Account Executives on enterprise B2B SaaS deals. You will design, build and demo solutions, run proofs of concept, and work with APIs, data, and integrations to win technical decisions and ensure customer success after the sale.

You will collaborate across Product, Services, Support and Partners, deliver tailored demonstrations, participate in RFPs, and help expand accounts while traveling within your territory as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales Engineering or related roles within enterprise SaaS.
• Hands-on aptitude across APIs, integrations and building demos.
• Experience in billing/subscription or quote-to-cash domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on enterprise sales cycles: discovery, solution design, demos and technical wins.
• Scope quote-to-cash solutions across billing, CPQ, and revenue with subscription/usage-based pricing where relevant.
• Build tailored demos and proofs of concepts aligned to customer requirements.
• Present to technical and business stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Support technical health on assigned accounts and surface expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Product, Services, Support and partners; contribute to RFPs and customer events as needed.
• Travel within your territory when required.
