Job summary

PwC is seeking a Zuora Solution Architect - Senior Manager to guide clients through Zuora’s Quote-to-Revenue optimization within the Finance practice. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, train, and support seamless integration across industries, mentoring teams for complex projects.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of experience, a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), and deep Zuora Billing/CPQ X expertise to drive operational excellence and client value.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Zuora's Quote-to-Revenue solutions to optimize client operational efficiency.
• Analyze client needs and develop tailored Zuora-based solutions to meet strategic objectives.
• Provide training and support to clients for seamless integration and utilization of Zuora applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and deliver quality results.
• Apply systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities within client operations.
• Validate outcomes with clients and incorporate feedback to enhance service delivery.
• Direct teams through complex and ambiguous situations with composure and strategic direction.
• Initiate coaching conversations to foster team development and effectiveness.
• Model and reinforce professional and technical standards in line with PwC guidelines.
• Leverage revenue recognition expertise to improve client financial processes.
