Job summary

Middesk is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to own the technical win on Middesk’s largest and most complex opportunities with banks, fintechs, payment platforms, and other regulated institutions where verification sits in onboarding and risk management.

You’ll design integration architectures that scale, lead security and vendor risk reviews, and build a compelling business case for executive sponsors.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in a pre-sales or customer-facing technical role, including 3+ years on enterprise deals.
• Proven track record of technical wins with large financial institutions or regulated enterprises.
• Experience selling or supporting B2B SaaS products with API-first or data-centric integrations.
• Deep fluency with APIs, webhooks, data workflows, and SQL.
• Experience leading formal proofs of concept and competitive bake-offs.
• Executive presence to present to C-level sponsors and steering committees.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical win on enterprise deals end-to-end.
• Design and run structured evaluations with proofs of concept.
• Design enterprise integration architectures for high-volume environments.
• Build the business case for executive sponsors.
• Ensure clean handoffs to post-sales.
• Champion the voice of the enterprise prospect internally.
• Develop reusable assets and mentor other SEs.
